Role: Name it to Tame it (The Smoke Detector)
- Verbalize your emotions.
- Explore other words that precisely define your emotions.
- The Private Eye - Emotions Generate Chemistry for Automatic Response by Your Body
Example: Increased heart rate, rapid breathing, etc.
Role: Play the Role of Private Eye
- Identify specific physiological responses to emotions.
- Recognize bodily sensations associated with various emotions.
- The Play-By-Play Announcer - Emotions Move Us to Action
Example: Sadness prompts tears, joy leads to a smile, etc.
Role: Be the Play-By-Play Announcer
